Deliveries will typically take 4 hours.

Orders made at night from 9:00pm to 4:00am, delivery is made the following morning at 9am.

You will receive an email showing that your order has been received. Then your product will be  collected from the store within one hour, packaged and loaded into our transport van.

Delivery of free of charge within Kampala and Mukono. A small fee is charged for other area which will be calculated for you on the checkout page.

Refers to the ability to monitor the status and location of your shipped items. When you place track order, you will see current location, Delivery status, Estimated arrival time of your package.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 30minutes after ordering.
