I bought this Hisense 43″ Smart TV as a gift for my parents. Setup was simple enough that they didn’t need much help. The apps are intuitive and easy to use. We did have one weird glitch where the screen would flicker if the volume was low. I contacted customer support via email and one of the reps responded in less than 24 hours with clear instructions and a quick fix — all it took was a minor setting adjustment in Picture Mode. I didn’t expect service to be that fast or that helpful. Highly recommend both the product and the support team.
