product is not bad as per price but the space to put some material with water to become an ice is very small .

I was initially happy with this fridge, but after just a couple of months it started having intermittent phases with no cooling. I hoped it was a one-off issue, but unfortunately it completely stopped working barely a year after purchase.
What’s even more disappointing is that despite the 5-year warranty clearly mentioned on the sticker on the fridge, I have not been able to get any proper support so far—neither from the manufacturer nor through the usual channels.
I am still expecting Amazon and/or the manufacturer to step in and resolve this, as this type of failure is definitely not normal for a new appliance. I would really appreciate proper assistance in honoring the warranty and fixing or replacing the unit.
